Isaac Kaufman is the Manager and Lead Investigator for Red Cedar Consulting. Isaac has lived and worked in Minnesota for 19 years, including more than a decade as General Counsel for a prominent public sector labor union. He has participated in hundreds of workplace investigations and has a detailed understanding of labor and employment law, data practices, and due process.
Isaac is a graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut and the Northwestern School of Law in Chicago. He lives in Edina with his wife, two sons and two dogs. They enjoy spending weekends at their cabin on the Red Cedar River in Wisconsin.
