Isaac Kaufman is the Manager and Lead Investigator for Red Cedar Consulting. Isaac has lived and worked in Minnesota for 17 years, including more than a decade as General Counsel for Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc., the largest labor union in the state representing public safety employees.  He has participated in hundreds of workplace investigations and has a detailed understanding of labor and employment law, data practices and
due process.  

Isaac is a graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut and the Northwestern School of Law in Chicago.  He
lives in Edina with his wife, two sons and dog.
